Community Account Recovery

We are excited to announce the relaunch of our community forums. In the past few months we have spent time planning out how we can best utilise this resource for our learners benefit and have rebuilt it to suit these requirements.

As part of this, we have decoupled the authentication (your username and password) from the mentoring app Single Sign On solution we were previously using. This was due to a number of issues this caused from a technical perspective - however we are planning to re add this feature in the future!

If you previously signed in to the community forums using SSO, you will need to perform a password reset to recover your account.

You can recover your account by going to the Login form and clicking “I forgot my password”. When prompted, enter the email address you have registered on the mentoring application and click “Reset Password”


You will then receive an email with instructions on how to set a new password.
